Annual Meeting Registration Information - Meeting Registration Form
PIABA is accepting Annual Meeting Registrations for the 2018 PIABA Securities Law Seminar and Annual Meeting at THE HYATT REGENCY COCONUT POINT in Bonita Springs, Florida. Registrants should note that there is a day pattern change for the 2018 Meetings. The Securities Law Seminar is Tuesday, October 9, 2018, and the PIABA Annual Meeting is Wednesday, October 10 – Friday, October 12, 2018. Please complete one Meeting Registration Form per meeting registrant. 

Meeting Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations received in writing by PIABA on or before September 7, 2018 will receive a full refund less a $200 per person processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after September 8, 2018.

Annual Meeting Hotel Reservation Information - Hotel Reservation Form
PIABA is accepting hotel reservations for the 2018 PIABA Securities Law Seminar and Annual Meeting at The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita Springs, Florida. King and double room rates start at $229; an ocean view upgrade is $289 (king is sold out; double is available). One-bedroom suites are available at $429 and $529. A $10 daily resort fee will be added to the rate. Rooms will be sold based on availability at the time the reservation is received. To receive the PIABA Group rate, hotel reservations must be received by September 7, 2018. 

Annual Meeting and Securities Law Written Materials
Individuals unable to attend the PIABA Annual Meeting or Securities Law Seminar may purchase the written materials by completing the Written Materials Order Form at piaba.org. On or before October 13, 2017, the meeting materials will be available for download (only)
 

Audio and video taping of conference events, general sessions and break-outs is strictly prohibited. PIABA reserves the right to change meeting sessions and speakers at any time for any reason. PIABA further reserves the right to restrict attendance at  any meeting session.
