Marc Fitapelli is owner and founder of MDF Law. He started his career working at two large national law firms – Epstein, Becker & Green, PC and Gibbons P.C. In 2011, Mr. Fitapelli founded his own law firm. Since that time, he has helped his clients recover hundreds of millions of dollars from broker-dealers, banks and insurance companies. Marc Fitapelli advises clients who have been victims of serious financial scams, including ponzi schemes as well as crimes involving crypto currency. He has appeared in numerous FINRA arbitration cases throughout the country, including California, Florida, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Michigan and New Jersey. Mr. Fitapelli is admitted to practice law in New York State and has appeared in many federal courts throughout the country, including the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of Michigan, District of Massachusetts, Northern District of Illinois, Southern District of Texas, District of Maryland and District of Colorado.
Marc Fitapelli earned his JD at Hofstra University School of Law, where he served as an Editor of the Labor and Employment Law Journal. He also graduated magna cum laude from St. Francis College, where he earned his B.A. in political science. He is admitted to practice law in New York.
