Darlene Pasieczny is a securities and fiduciary litigator and FINRA arbitrator, and leads the Investor Defenders practice group at Samuels Yoelin Kantor LLP. Darlene works all stages of securities litigation and FINRA arbitration, fiduciary litigation in trust and estate disputes, elder financial abuse, and complex civil litigation. She is active in lobbying for investor protections and FINRA and SEC rule changes. Admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington, Darlene also represents individual investors and groups of investors nationwide in FINRA arbitration cases.
