Darlene Pasieczny’s focus at Samuels Yoelin Kantor LLP is on all stages of corporate and securities law issues, securities litigation and FINRA arbitration, fiduciary litigation in trust and estate disputes, and complex civil litigation.  Based in the Pacific Northwest, Darlene's practice includes representing investors nationwide in investment disputes.

Darlene represent clients in FINRA arbitrations and in court to recover investment losses for individual investors, groups of investors, fiduciaries, and institutional investors resulting from unlawful conduct such as misrepresentation of risks, negligent portfolio management, and fraud by broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, securities issuers, hedge funds, and the lawyers and accountants who assist them.
