Tony Bingham has been practicing law in Arizona since 1993 and practicing Securities Law since 1999. Prior to establishing Bingham Law in 2003, he practiced with a private law firm, with the Maricopa County Public Defender's Office and with the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission as a Senior Attorney in Registration and Compliance.
Tony is dedicated to providing quality legal representation for all his clients. He represents investors in recovering losses for unsuitable investments, churning, negligence, misrepresentations and omissions, failure to supervise and other fraudulent practices committed by financial advisors, stockbrokers and brokerage firms.
Tony earned his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and his undergraduate degree in General Business with an emphasis in International Finance from Brigham Young University. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar and Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA). Tony has passed the NASD, now FINRA, Series 7 (General Securities Representative) & 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination) exams (inactive).
