Pace Law School student, Britny Auletti was awarded 1st Place and received a $1,000 stipend. Ms. Auletti was recognized as the first place recipient at the PIABA 26th Annual Meeting in Colorado Springs, Colorado for her paper, BICE, BICE Baby: Are Investors Getting the Cold Shoulder? An Overview of the Department of Labor's Proposed Fiduciary Duty Rule

For his paper entitled, FINRA and the Developing Appointments Clause Doctrine, Wake Forest University School of Law student, Robert M. Botkin, finished second and received a $750 stipend.
