W. Scott Greco concentrates his practice in securities litigation and arbitration and is admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Mr. Greco has extensive experience representing investors in disputes with their stockbrokers, brokerage firms, financial planners, and investment advisors. This experience includes claims involving securities fraud, churning, lack of suitibility, negligence, unauthorized trading, breach of fiduciary duty, theft/embezzlement, ponzi schemes, misstatements, and other conduct.
