1. PIABA Hill Day is Friday, March 9, 2018 with meetings scheduled from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EDT. Following the conclusion of our meetings, PIABA will host a reception for all participants from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm at The Liaison.

2. PIABA has secured a block of sleeping rooms at The Liaison located at 415 New Jersey Ave., N.W. Washington D.C. 20001. For arrival on Thursday, March 8 - Sunday, March 11, 2018, the rate is $189/night, plus $19.95 Hotel Facility fee, add $20 for second person in a room per night, $10.60 roundtrip porterage fee per room and applicable taxes.

The rate for arrival on Monday, March 5 - Wednesday, March 7, is $450/ night, plus $19.95 Hotel Facility fee, add $20 for second person in a room per night, $10.60 roundtrip porterage fee per room and applicable taxes. 

Room reservations will be secured with the Guest credit card on or before February 8, 2018.

Room rates are available three days prior and post-event will be confirmed at the hotel rate available and on a space available basis. In the event you want to arrive before or depart later than the prescribed meeting date, PIABA may be able to make those arrangements. Please advise of additional dates as soon as possible. 

There are a limited number of rooms being held by PIABA. Rooms will be reserved at the group rate on first come, first serve basis. Once the group block is sold out, rooms will be reserved on a space available basis at the rate quoted by the hotel. 

4. Hotel changes or cancellations must be received not less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Otherwise, guests will incur a charge for the entire reservation.

5. The Hotel is a short 7 minute (.4 mile) walk from Union Station. The Liaison is located 5 miles from Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Please note the hotel does not provide airport ground transportation service, however you may contact the concierge for transportation assistance at (202) 638-1616.

6. On-site parking fee: Overnight Valet, $59 plus tax (subject to change).

7. Hotel Facility Fee: $19.95 plus tax per room/night to include the following: 
•  High speed Internet access in guestroom/public space (not included in meeting rooms)
•  Access to the fitness center
•  Local and long distance domestic telephone calls
•  Complimentary Use of the Business Center
•  One (1) complimentary cup of coffee or tea daily at Art & Soul Restaurant during regular business hours. 
• Full access to our Press Reader service.

8. Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out is 12:00 pm. Unless prior arrangements are made with the Hotel, a late check-out fee may apply.
