Professional Background

Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Furgison was a senior trial attorney for a Los Angeles defense firm specializing in the defense of securities broker-dealers, registered representatives, insurance companies, insurance agents and other fiduciaries. Mr. Furgison has argued in the California Court of Appeal and obtained a publish decision on issues crucial to investors and the securities industry. Mr. Furgison now uses his extensive defense experience to help investors recover their investment losses.

Mr. Furgison is a former legal extern for the Honorable Samuel L. Bufford, U.S. Central District Bankruptcy Court.
